What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you've booked via our website or via email info@casamanuel.be, we will send your travel documents to your email as soon as possible. Your reservation is confirmed once we receive the deposit.
When is the deposit due?
A deposit of 50% of the total rental price is due within 5 working days of the invoice date via bank transfer. Your payment confirmation, together with the reservation confirmation, forms your complete rental agreement. The remaining balance and the security deposit must be paid 3 months before arrival. If payment is not received in time, the reservation will be canceled.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit is mandatory. The amount is €300, which will be refunded 8 days after the rental period, minus any costs for damages, if applicable.
What if travel is prohibited?
If travel restrictions arise, the full amount will be refunded or you can opt to reschedule your stay.
What if I cancel the reservation?
If the guest cancels more than 3 months before arrival, the deposit will be retained as compensation.
If the guest cancels within 3 months of arrival, the entire rental amount will be retained.
If the host cancels, the full amount paid will be refunded.
How is key handover and/or airport transfer arranged?
Around one week before arrival, we'll create a WhatsApp group with you, the key manager, and ourselves. You’ll share your flight number and arrival time there. The key manager will then handle the handover—and transport if booked. Airport transfers (to/from Alicante or Murcia) are arranged via our webshop.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check in from 16:00 (4 PM), check out by 10:00 (10 AM). If you'd like to adjust these times (earlier arrival or later departure), we can usually accommodate—just let us know.
Is bed linen and towels included?
Yes, kitchen linens, bed linens, and towels are included. We recommend bringing your own linen for a child’s travel cot.
How do I book and pay through the webshop?
After placing your order, please transfer the amount due via bank transfer to account BE43 7506 9232 1801 within 5 working days. Payment must be received before arrival.
Elektriciteitsverbruik?
Excess usage will be deducted from the security deposit at a rate of €0.50 per kWh. The key manager will record the meter readings at the start and end of your stay. You can also check the readings yourself in the electrical panel. Water is included in the rental price—please use it responsibly.
